This bright, spacious apartment is located in Oderberger Straße, close to Arkona-Platz. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a period building constructed in 1898. It is 68m² in size and accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. The apartment offers a large balcony, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for a maximum of 8 guests. It is fitted with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). 2 additional guests can be accommodated by means of a sofa bed (90 x 200 cm) and/or comfortable latex mattresses. The rate shown is based on 2 people sharing. Each additional guest is charged EUR 20 per night. Please note that moderate fees for final cleaning are applied at the end of your stay.

This spacious studio is 38 m² in size, and is situated on the 2nd floor of the newly renovated building with Art Nouveau and Jugendstil architecture and a lift. The accommodation offers a harmonious interior with a large balcony, large bathroom (with bathtub) and a modern kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. The studio is furnished in a modern style with the charm of an old Berlin bourgeois house. The apartments provide every necessary comfort right in the centre of one of the most bustling districts of Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg, with all its charming restaurants and bars. The apartment is ideal for 2 people (king-size bed: 180 x 200 cm), but a 3rd person can also be accommodated on an extra mattress. Please note that final cleaning charges of EUR 35 are applied.
